Night on the Town of Breaux Bridge

We arrived in Breaux Bridge, a town on the eastern side of Lafayette, just in time for Happy Hour! Of course, that was the goal all along. We had talked about going to a parade in Lafayette on Friday night, but Saturday night would be an even better parade so we decided to postpone that and go to a couple of local places instead, first for appetizers and then for dinner. At the dinner place, I tried my first frog leg. MMMM, tastes just like. . .chicken that has been raised in a swamp. We didn't stay out late because we had to be ready to go at 7:00 A.M. the next morning and a whale of a day was in the works!
