Desert Rain

Once in a great while it does rain here and yesterday was the day. Sarah spent her day shopping with a friend, fighting the sea of crowds in the mall and on the roads; we spent the day at home dog sitting , cozy and happy to only be crowded by two sleepy dogs.
Sarah had lunch at a Cuban cafe that is definitely on my must-eat-there list. I have commandeered her photo because I love the red neon on the dark day.
Somehow the dogs know that when Sarah takes them out, they are there to attend to business, but when I take them, they feel free to spend all their time on sniff patrol. Thus, I take them out more frequently because half the time they are not "productive". Not so dumb, are they?
